Welcome to the Blue Sky Publishing House!

Blue Sky Publishing House is the in-house publishing unit of Digitial Media Sandbox Consortium. Under this label, DMSC will eventually publish high quality assets for users looking to market their work to a broader audience. To be published under the DMSC label, a separate review process will be created to ensure a high standard of professional scholarship.

Products published by Blue Sky Publishing House will be formatted as pdfs for distribution. Upon accepting the DMSC publisher’s label, authors accept the terms and conditions below. To maintain a high quality operation, consumers of each publication will be charged according to the length of the manuscript and number of employee hours necessary to edit and reformat the document.

Blue Sky works currently in press include the Blue Sky Book series, a sequence of documents created to guide readers’ understanding and use of DMSC’s collaborative network of engaged learning. Blue sky book #1, the introduction, helps readers understand the educational issues that prompted DMSC to create and implement the “sandbox solution,” a curriculum developed by DMSC to reform educational practices in the classroom using technology and service learning principles.
